From farmers markets to music festival, locals enjoyed the Pierogies Factory food truck posted up at various Denver events over the last couple of years. Now, the Polish dumpling mobile bistro has a brick and mortar location. Owner Cezary Grosfeld's new spot opened last week at 3895 Wadsworth Boulevard, in a space previously occupied by Bubba Chinos. Grosfeld's background includes the Polished Tavern Downtown.
The new spot serves a wide variety of the delicious dumplings, from the classic potato and cheese to a vegan potato and onion, as well as sauerkraut and mushroom. Cabbage rolls, beef goulash, and other common Polish fare can be found at Pierogies Factory. The fast-casual eatery is poised to bring more of Poland to Colorado, one pieróg at a time.
