Novo Coffee Opens Third Cafe in the Highland

West Highland has a new way of getting a caffeine fix.

This morning, Novo Coffee's third café officially opened its doors in the Highland Square at 3617 West 32nd Avenue. During the weekend, a quiet soft opening treated the neighbors to half price coffee while the baristas got found their groove in the new digs.

The space, formerly occupied by a frozen yogurt business, boasts a modern design with sparse seating inside. Alongside a small selection of pastries, guests can find coffee and espresso drinks, but also pour-over and nitro cold brew coffee.

The 13 year old family-operated coffee roasting company imports coffee beans from all over the world and locally roasts them with vintage Vittoria machines in RiNo. In May 2013, the first Novo Coffee cafe opened downtown at 1600 Glenarm. A second one followed on Sixth Avenue at 1700 East 6th Avenue in September 2013.

The Highland outpost will be open daily from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
