The Crafty Fox Taphouse + Pizzeria, a new restaurant and bar concept by Kyle and Angelique Moyer, is set to open in the Fox Street neighborhood late this summer. The taphouse will be a welcome addition to a growing neighborhood near RTD's Gold Line's 41st and Fox Street stop, which is set to begin running in 2016.
‘With the convenient access to downtown Denver, Sunnyside and the Highlands, and with unbelievable views of the city skyline and mountains, people will love the introduction of The Crafty Fox - and our patios - to the Fox Street neighborhood," said Kyle Moyer, owner of The Crafty Fox.
The 6,000 square foot, two-story location, designed by Architectural Workshop and W West, will accommodate guests who will be able to enjoy spectacular views from The Crafty Fox's rooftop/2nd floor deck. A street level patio and community tables will also be part of the attraction.
The Moyers are working with chef Matt Selby of Central Bistro + Bar to create the menu, which will include artisan pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and beer-friendly appetizers. Chef Matt Krascek will lead the kitchen team once the place opens. The Crafty Fox will feature forty rotating craft beers, many from Colorado breweries.
