Take the Sting Off From Tax Day With These Specials

Max's Wine Dive is encouraging customers to blow their refund (or drown their sorrows) with the Chicken 'N' Dom Special, which includes two glasses of Dom Perignon and the restaurant's flavor-bursting famous fried chicken. The special will be offered on April 15 for $78.

To ease the burden of tax season, Smiling Moose Rocky Mountain Delis will offer its guests free kids meals after 3 p.m. with the purchase of any large entree, chips and a drink through April 17. This offer can be claimed by visiting the Smiling Moose Facebook Page and is redeemable in-store only with proof of claim via smartphone or printed confirmation.

Session Kitchen is going green on April 15 with a favorite springtime green wine, Vinho Verde. From 3 to 6 p.m. a bottle of Verde is only $20, and can be enjoyed with the Hump Day Hour specials like house cured charcuterie and artisan cheese plates starting at $4.

Stout Street Social is celebrating the end of tax season with a happy hour extension on Wednesday, April 15. Hump Day happy hour specials will run from 6 p.m. to close and include $1 oysters, 2 for 1 social beers and select wines, and more.

Cherry Cricket will feature some tax day specials on their menu, including a bologna sandwich with chips for $8 and beer and cocktail specials $1 off. Customers can also enjoy the usual happy hour specials from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15.

Zengo's wants to help ease the pain of Tax Day with their happy hour items, featuring Latin-Asian style cocktails and bites. $5 drinks include Mojitos, the Cucumber Cooler, Margaritas, Sangria, Martini and Citrus Fizz and the House Red or White Wine are also being offered for $5 as well. Some $5 bites include the Wok Blistered Shoshitos and Adobo Chicken Steam Buns.
