GoBistro has been delivering health ready-to-go food to Denver gyms and offices since 2013. On Tuesday April 14, it opened the doors to its first retail shop. The eatery joins Pressed Juice Daily and Amethyst Coffee in The Metlo - a new retail complex at 11th and Broadway.
The family-owned business aims to bring fresh, healthy meals to people on the run. Now, Denverites don't have to go to the gym or get their order delivered to the office, the business model that eatery used prior to this retail location. GoBistro took to Facebookfor suggestions on what customers would like to see in the shop. From bars to jerky and dried fruit - they want to hear it all so don't be shy, chime in!
