DOWNTOWN — On Thursday, April 16, Edge Restaurant & Bar will reveal its new spring menu by asking dinner guests to pay what they want, for what they think the food is worth. As if this wasn't already a bold move, the restaurant will be introducing its new program called Knife For Life. The dinner will take place from 5 to 10 p.m. The "Pay What You Want" promotion excluded alcohol. To make a reservation, call 303.389.3050.
