DOWNTOWN — On Thursday, April 16 DSTILL is hosting its signature event, The Showcase, at McNichols Civic Center Building. The tasting event brings craft spirit producers together from all over the U.S. America's top artisan distillers will have an array of cocktails for sampling. The event is from 7 to 10 p.m., with a private industry hour from 6 to 7 p.m. Culinary pairings will be available, from: Salt & Grinder, Old Major, Williams & Graham, Colt & Gray, and many other Denver restaurants. Tickets can be purchased online for $54, including fees.

WASH PARK — Bittersweet's Third Thursday Tasting menu is extending last month's menu to be available this Thursday, April 16, through Sunday, April 19, for just $50. The tasting menu features four courses paired with wine.

MULTIPLE LOCATIONSNative Food Cafe launched its first seasonal menu celebrating spring produce. Items include an avocado crunch wrap, chimichurri chop salad, strawberry lemonade and more. The menu will run through July until the summer menu takes its place.
