Terrible Parents Abandon Little Girl at Los Torritos Restaurant

A little girl was found around 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 19 at Los Torritos at 9401 East Colfax Avenue, according to the Aurora Police Department. No missing children had been reported in Denver or Aurora on Sunday.  The police were on the lookout for the parents who were not found until around 10 p.m. when they started to be interviewed about the incident.

The girl was placed in the custody of Adams County Social Services. No additional information surrounding the details of the situation have been released. Anyone who has information about the incident is asked to call 303.739.6093 or the Public Safety Communications Department at 303.627.3100.
