A little more sweetness has been added to the anticipation of the upcoming Stanley Marketplace with the announcement that Happy Cake Bakeshop join the vendor lineup.
A local business with locations in the Highland and Longmont, the bakery will bring its cupcakes, cookies, and cakes to the highly anticipated marketplace. The business customizes wedding cakes, pies, macarons, and can even cater to vegan and gluten-free customers. The Today Show even honored Happy Cakes as one of the top nine best cupcake shops in the country at one point.
Stanley is projected to open in the Fall at 2501 Dallas Street in Aurora. The marketplace has found a home in the old Stanley Aviation building, which lies directly across from the bustling Stapleton neighborhood.
