Lechuga's Italian Restaurant's new kiosk has officially made it to its home between California and Stout on the 16th Street Mall. Complete with colorful awnings and a walk-up window, the kiosk will offer their infamous Little Devil sausage cannolis and more.
The local business has been serving Italian since 1961 at their venue at 3609 Tejon Street in the Highland. While the restaurant changed hands last summer, those fearing a new concept or scary changes have been put at ease since then. This latest expansion is more testimony that the Lechuga classics are not going anywhere. The 16th Street outpost is set to open for business on Friday, May 1.
