Today, on Earth Day itself, Jill's Restaurant is holding a 'Dine Out For Wildlife' eight-course vegan dinner for $47.95 per person. A portion of the proceeds from the dinner will benefit the Greenwood Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. Throughout the week, guests can order 'The Green Martini' for the reduced price of $9 at the venue's T-Zero Bar & Lounge. Boulder's Fresh Thymes Eatery is throwing a free bee-themed soiree on Saturday, April 25 in honor of Earth Day. The festivities will commence at noon with live music from Banshee Tree and demos of Open Source Beehive beehives. The afternoon will be filled with lectures about bee-keeping, mead tastings from Red Stone Meadery, and plenty of honeyed nibbles from local producers.
