LOHI — Stir Cooking School is hosting "The NON Date Night" on Thursday, April 23rd at 6:30 p.m. The menu consists of arugula and watermelon salad with ricotta salata and a serrano vinaigrette; grilled pork chops with bourbon-basted grilled peaches; roasted fingerling potato salad; sautéed haricot vert and sugar snap peas with herbs; and apricot and ginger pie with almond ginger topping. HIGHLANDS — Old Major's new happy hour offerings reflect the spring season that is upon us. Handcrafted classic cocktails like the Old Fashioned, Manhattan, and Moscow Mules ranging from $6-$8, wine by the glass from Infinite Monkey Theorem for $6, and draft beers for $4. Chef Justin Brunson has also created a variety of affordable small plates including pork fat French fries for $4 and Denver Bacon Company bacon nuggets for $7.

WESTMINSTER — Kachina Southwestern Grill is expanding their happy hour menu to include late night hours and have added a few new items as well.
