CONGRESS PARK — The Truffle Cheese Shop and Strange Craft Beer Co are teaming up to host 'A Strange Cheese Incident' beer and cheese pairing event on Monday, April 27. The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. and end at 8:30 p.m. with the opportunity for guests to enjoy 5 brews paired with 5 different cheeses. Tickets can be purchased online for $25 per guest.
BOULDER — Pizzeria Locale is hosting round of Flour + Fire, featuring local breweries on Tuesday, April 28 with beer from Epic Brewing. Guests will be welcomed with Colorado microbrews at this intimate event designed to showcase Locale's pizza and take a journey through traditional Southern Italian cooking "al forno" (oven-baked).
