The new Baur's Restaurant and Listening Lounge officially opened a week ago. With a new vibe, Baur's still represents the history of the building. Chef-owner Dory Ford made the spot come alive again with a menu full of seafood and elk and a fresh ice cream and vintage pastries to pay homage to the building's roots - O.P. Baur Confectionary Company.
The major draw that will have Denverites coming back for more - the Listening Lounge. Baur's will host special musical acts from Brazilian jazz to folk. Great casual fare and craft cocktail and carefully-selected wines are available to make sure guests have an excellent listening experience.
