Originally only a Japanese-inspired bakery, Glaze has transformed into a multidimensional eatery thanks to chef Kris Padalino, Westword explained. The chef recently released both brunch and dinner menus. Must-have brunch offerings include an egg-in-a-baum cake dish doused with chorizo gravy and a hash with miso pork belly from Denver Tender Belly, Brussels sprouts, purple cabbage, country potatoes and a poached egg. For dinner, don't miss the 24 hour braised beef with soy sake glaze, roasted potatoes, green onions, purple cabbage, and sesame seeds.
Brunch is served on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and dinner is offered Thursday through Friday from 5 to 9 p.m.
