The Poutine Burger Special includes triple-glance Kennebec fries smothered in gravy atop an all-natural beef patty with caramelized onions, a fried egg and cheddar cheese. LOHI — Stir Cooking School is offering a number of April classes. Next up on the calendar is "Stuffed STUFF" on Wednesday, April 8 at 6:30 p.m. Guests will learn how to replicate a variety of international stuffed bites. The menu consists of spicy beef empanadas; vegetarian potato pea samosas; pork steamed buns; crab rangoons; grilled stuffed jalapeño poppers wrapped in bacon; and spanakopita (spinach pie). COLORADO SPRINGS — Colorado Springs On Tap Craft Beer Festival will take place on Saturday, April 11 from 2:30 to 6 p.m. at the Colorado Springs Event Center. The three-hour special event will showcase over 100 releases from some of America's best craft breweries. Attendees can sample beers in an atmosphere filled with live music, delicious food available for purchase, and browse various vendors. Tickets can be purchased online for $45, or at the door for $55.
