Opening Report: Blue Sushi Sake Grill Sets Sail for Centennial

The sushi spot will bring fresh fish to a second, more suburban Denver location starting today.

Blue Sushi Sake Grill will expand its Denver footprint from its existing 16th Street Mall location to the Streets at SouthGlenn in Centennial (2154 East Commons Avenue) and open for lunch today at 11 a.m.

The restaurant brings a variety of sushi for traditionalists and more adventurous eaters at the same time. While each restaurant – with locations in Nebraska and Texas as well – offers a unique look and feel, Blue Sushi's signature happy hour remains a fan-favorite across the board. The restaurant group's CEO Nick Hogan scouted and vetted the new location, identifying the Centennial-based shopping destination as an underserved market for original, high-quality dining options.

Blue Sushi will join Snooze, H&M, and Whole Foods at its new location and will be open daily for lunch, happy hour, dinner and reverse happy hour times on the weekends.
