Here's What to Expect at the Upcoming Flow Juice Bar

Capitol Hill is about to get its own juice-centric watering hole.

Flow Juice Bar is gearing up to open its small and cozy space at 208 East 7th Avenue, next door to Max's Wine Dive. Every day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., the new spot will serve raw, cold-pressed juices, healthful smoothies, and nutritious snacks including salads and house-made energy bars providing a quick, healthy spot for on-the-go juices, meals, snacks and juice cleanses.

The juice bar sources organic ingredients for all of the "dirty dozen" produce items and offers 1, 3 and 7 day cleanses. Among the more unusual and appealing offerings is the Green Machine with organic spinach, organic kale, celery, ginger, cilantro, bell pepper, apple and lemon. Salads and house-made bars include the carrot cake bar with carrots, raisins, walnuts, cinnamon, almond milk, agave and flaxseed, and the chock-coconut truffles made with coconut, cacao, peanut butter, vanilla, agave and dates.

Stay tuned for an official opening date.
