New Drink Menu at Cafe Aion; Paella Dinner at LOLA

Plus American Craft Beer Week with Crooked Stave and a class on how to make your own mozzarella.

BOULDER — Cafe Aion has released a brand new drink menu that includes twelve cocktails, raining from the Aion Old Fashioned to a Moroccan Mule. The restaurant will also hold Feisty Fridays, featuring spirits from the FoCo distillery Feisty Spirits. Guests should also keep an eye out for Aion's seasonal sangria, which will be available starting this month.

RINO — To celebrate American Craft Beer Week, Crooked Stave will host a handful of events throughout the week until 17. Events include a dual bottle release, a firkin tapping, and an educational seminar Tap It! Tuesday will also take place with the brewery running their Batch 100 on tap. Author of Vintage Beer, Patrick Dawson will take place on Friday, May 15. Tickets for the seminar can be purchased online.

LOHI — The Annual Highlands Farmers Market Benefit Paella Dinner will take place on Tuesday, May 12 at LOLA Mexican Fish House. Starting at 6:30 p.m., chef Kevin Grossi will be cooking up a special menu of LOLA's famous paella, caesar salad, and homemade cookies. Cost is $40 per person. CONGRESS PARK — Interested in learning how to make your own mozzarella and burrata? The Truffle Cheese Shop will host a class on how to do just that on Tuesday, May 12 at 6:30 p.m. $50 per person includes hands-on-instruction, recipes, notes and cheese and curds to take home.
