Beer Events Tonight at the BSide, the Truffle Cheese Shop, and Crooked Stave

UPTOWN To celebrate New Belgium's new Pear Ginger Beer, the brewery will team up with Girls Pint Out to host a beer cocktail mixer on Thursday, May 14. From 6 to 9 p.m., guests can enjoy a cocktail made with the featured beer, two samples of beer cocktails, samples of other New Belgium brews and appetizers with the purchase of a $10 ticket. The event will be held at The BSide, located at 1336 E 17th Avenue. Tickets can be purchased online.

CONGRESS PARK — The Truffle Cheese Shop is hosting its monthly beer and cheese pairing with Copper Kettle Brewing Company on Thursday, May 14. A $20 ticket includes four worldly artisan cheeses, four craft beer samples and nibbles like locally baked crackers and fresh fruit. The event will be held at the Copper Kettle Brewing Co headquarters and will begin at 7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online.

RINO — On Thursday, May 14, Crooked Stave will host Thirsty Firkin' Thursday with a Cuvee de Cobbler on tap. For $12, this 10 oz. pour is a golden sour aged with peaches, vanilla bean, cinnamon, and nutmeg and will be offered starting at 6 p.m. at the Crooked Stave's headquarters.

ALL LOCATIONS — On-demand alcohol delivery company, Drizly, will host the inaugural Colorado Whiskey Week from May 11 to 17. Marquee events will be occurring throughout the week, including a whiskey tasting and clothing drive on Wednesday, May 11 and a whiskey and donut 'showdown' on Friday, May 13. The week will close with an international whisky tasting at Argyll on Saturday, May 14. Tickets prices range per event and can be purchased online.
