FIVE POINTS — On Saturday, May 16, Coffee at The Point will briefly put Live Music Saturdays on hold to lend their stage to Denver's annual Five Points Jazz Festival. The coffee shop-turned-festival venue will showcase live musical acts all day beginning at 11 a.m. The official lineup for this day will be announced soon.

BOULDERThe West End Tavern is offering a World Tour Whiskey Flight for $11 on May 16. The flight includes: Yamazaki, Jameson 12yr, Eagle Rare 10yr West End Tavern Single Barrel.

UPTOWNVine Street Pub is hosting a party for its 7th anniversary on Saturday, May 16. Live music from the Starlight Squires will begin at 4:20 p.m., followed by a "smokin' hot" BBQ menu and a special beer tapping on the west patio. All proceeds from the event will benefit Project Angel Heart. RSVP online.

SOUTH BROADWAYCome and show your support for a community driven establishment. Li'l Devils is hosting  a Roaring 20s VIP Party, Saturday May 16 at 7 p.m. The Roaring 20s VIP Party will be a truly special event, with live music, special beverages and delectable hors d'oeuvres. The party will be one of the most exciting, memorable events in 2015. Tickets can be purchased in-house or by visting the Li'l Devils GoFundMe page and making a charitable contribution.

CHEESMAN PARK — The Denver Botanic Gardens is holding two cooking classes in May. Wild Food Gourmet is the topic for the first class on Saturday, May 16 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is $56 for non-members and $52 for members. Call 720.865.3552 for more information and to reserve a spot.

SUNNYSIDE — Part 2 of Beer Styles of the World will take place at Factotum Brewhouse, with two classes and tastings on Saturday, May 16 and Monday, May 18. Quintessential Pale Ale and IPA will be the topic of the discussion for the events, which both include samples and palate cleansers. Tickets are $25 per person and can be purchased online.

RINOThe RiNo Yacht Club is hosting Mad Men Finale party on Sunday, starting at 7 p.m. Dress up or dress down but be prepared to enjoy classic cocktails and to watch the last episode of the successful series on the big scree tv. The event is free of charge.

HILLTOP —The Denver Jewish Community Center (JCC) is hosting its annual Celebrate Festival on Sunday, May 17 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in conjunction with Hazon - honors the Jewish Food Movement, which aims to inspire Jews to lead lives of faith, justice, environmentalism and community through their food. The event is open to the whole community.
