Southern Concepts, the restaurant group behind Southern Hospitality, a multiple location Southern-inspired restaurant, will open a fast-casual eatery on South Colorado Boulevard. Expected to open its doors in fall of 2015, the space set at 1000 South Colorado Boulevard in Glendale will provide a hip and open environment for guests to enjoy affordable and authentic barbecue and a selection of micro-brews.
Southern Concepts, a company founded by Eytan Sugarman with some guidance from Grammy award-winning singer/songwriter Justin Timberlake, strives to provide high-quality barbecue in a cozy environment. There are currently two current Southern Hospitality restaurants in the region, located in Lone Tree and downtown Denver. The brand is going for the Chipotle-like fast-casual market and will continue expanding to some 40 stores located mainly in the Southwest.
