Denver FIVE at Sugarmill; HiBar Opening; Beer and Cheese Pairing

LODOSugarmill will host the next installment of this year's Denver FIVE dinners on Tuesday, May 19 with an impressive five-course meal led by chef Noah French. Chocolate is the theme for the event, with each course uniquely incorporating the treat that everyone loves. Tickets can be purchased online and are available for a limited number of guests.

GLENDALE HiBar, located on the rooftop above Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar in Glendale will open on Tuesday, May 19 at 4 p.m. The rooftop bar and patio has added a few new cocktails and a raw bar menu for guests to enjoy while gawking over the gorgeous Rocky Mountain skyline. Happy hour will also commence at 4 p.m.

CONGRESS PARK — The Truffle Cheese Shop and Strange Craft Beer Co. are teaming up to host 'A Strange Cheese Incident' beer and cheese pairing event on Monday, May 18. The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. and end at 8:30 p.m. with the opportunity for guests to enjoy 5 brews paired with 5 different cheeses. Tickets can be purchased online for $25 per guest.

ALL LOCATIONS Crooked Stave Artisans Distributing (CSA) is breaking into spirits distribution with a unique line of liquors and spirits from Portland, Oregon's New Deal Distillery. The CSA will offer these spirits to bars, restaurants, and independent liquor stores throughout the state. Among the new spirits are a ginger liqueur, a mud puddle chocolate vodka, and a Portland 88 vodka, among others.
