What used to be the home of Italian eatery Cafe Colore in Writer Square will soon be home to burger joint, Illegal Burger, Westword reported. Renovations have already begun in the space at 1512 Larimer Street to make way for the new spot later this summer.
The burger chain has current locations in Arvada and Evergreen that serve a variety of wildly topped burgers, hand-crafted "cheesy taters," and creamy milkshakes in flavors like Nutella and Strawberry. A Colorado-based business, Illegal Burger boasts about its never-frozen and antibiotic-free beef, ensuring customers of its commitment to the freshest ingredients.
