CHERRY CREEK — Join Opus for a five-course wine dinner on Thursday, May 7 at 6 p.m. The dinner will feature wines from Colorado winemakers Two Rivers Vineyards. Dishes will include black cod, dungeness crab, salt roasted beets, grass fed beef tenderloin, and peppercorn mousse for dessert. The dinner is $89 per person, including tax and gratuity. BOULDERFrasca Food and Wine will host Angela Osborne on May 11. New Zealand born Osborne will present her nuanced and seductive Grenache, made from fruits of Santa Ynez Valley, Amador County, and the beautiful Santa Barbara Highlands town of Ventucopa. BALLPARK Lower48 Kitchen will celebrate the state of California and its diverse cuisine for the entire month of May. Chef Alex Figura will showcase dishes inspired by the Golden Gate, from the Bay Area and Baja to Southern Cali and the Central Coast.
