SUNNYSIDE — On Friday, May 8 at 4 p.m., Diebolt Brewing will tap Rayon Solaire, a French IPA. The beer is made with a very simple malt bill, American and New Zealand hops, and a French yeast strain. Clocking in at 8% ABV and 70 IBU, Rayon Solaire boasts a beautiful, blonde color; big, bold, tropical fruit nose; spicy flavor and a smooth, slightly bitter finish.

NORTH DENVERThe 8th annual Colorado Chocolate Festival will take place on Friday, May 8 from 4 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, May 9 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. More than 80 vendors will sample and sell chocolates and other gifts. The event takes place at the Denver Mart and will feature cooking demos, tastings, and more. For additional information, visit the festival's Facebook event page.

LONE TREEToast of Colorado will take place in Lone Tree this Saturday, May 9 from 2 to 10 p.m. The event includes more than 70+ samplings of Colorado wines plus an unlimited sampling of Colorado beers, whiskeys, and  scotches. Additionally, there are local food vendors and music! Tickets cost $20 for one person, $35 for two and can be purchased on the Toast of Colorado website. Special discount: put "cat" in the note to seller section at checkout, and you will receive $2 reimbursement.

BOULDER Wind down the weekend with some live music and happy hour at Centro Latin Kitchen & Refreshment Place. Every Sunday afternoon from 2:30 to 5 p.m., guests can enjoy happy hour from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. while listening to some live tunes. $3 ice cold beer from the Post Brewing Company will be available, as well as other Sunday deals.
