There's good news and great news for all but vegetarians.

The Best New Restaurant News: 5280 Magazine named Blackbelly as one of Denver's Best New Restaurant's for 2015. The well-regarded monthly magazine recommended customers try the rotisserie chicken with garlic fries and the squash soup, while also warning customers about possible under-seasoned dishes.

The CO Emblem News: One reviewer on Yelp acknowledged Blackbelly as the "emblem of the Colorado dining scene" because of a knowledgable and attentive server. "Impeccable" food and service is a must in the Colorado restaurant industry.

The Anti-Vegetarian News: Non-meat eaters be warned, OpenTable reviewers commented that the venue's only vegetarian dish was "bland and unremarkable."

The Farm News303 Magazine reported that "carnivore kingdom" Blackbelly is fortunate enough to have it's own farm where it homes chickens, ducks, rabbits, sheep, and five different types of pigs.

The Burger News: Thrillist nominated Blackbelly Market's house-grind burger as one of the best in Colorado. They also revealed a little secret about the dish - the patty's brushed with "freakin" bone-marrow butter.

The Margarita News: Calling all blackberry and mint fans, Eater shared Blackbelly's barman Michael Cerretani's amazing Blackberry & Mint Margarita recipe.

The Annoyed Server News: Reviewers on TripAdvisor expressed much dismay over a sever that seemed "annoyed over their leisurely pace in ordering dinner" and eventually caused the reviewers to go eat dinner elsewhere.

The Location News: In an interview with YourBoulder, chef and owner Hosea Rosenberg said that he chose to open up east of Foothills Parkway instead of downtown because of "cheap rent, tons of parking, and a handful of established neighbors."

Bonus Food Truck News: Even the Weather Channel knows a thing or two about food, because they nominated Blackbelly's  as one of the Best Food Trucks in the U.S. last year.
