You will likely have to wait for a table at the new hot spot Cho77 on South Broadway, but you will be rewarded with noodles and dim sum and sweet treats created by chefs Lon Symensma and Ryan Gorby. Here's what diners have to say about the new eatery.

The 3.5 Stars News: Reviewers on Yelp are not in love with Cho77, writing they they were not "wowed" by any dishes and had an overall "mediocre" experience. Looks like Yelpers are tough reviewers!

The Less-Sit-Down News9News called the two month-old Broadway eatery as "less of a full sit-down dinner experience, but rather a chance to share plates and drinks with a group of friends."

The Breakfast For Dinner News: Sure Cho77 isn't open in the a.m., but its ramen bowl is a winner and it sings of morning flavors. Zagat awarded chef Symensma's bacon, egg, and cheese "breakfast ramen" as one of the six hottest spots for ramen in Denver.

The Aromatic News: The Denver Post's knowledgable critic, William Porter, complimented chef Lon Symensma's chicken coconut curry by calling it "one of the most aromatic dishes in town."

The Brooklyn News: Cho77 found its home on South Broadway because the neighborhood and bustle reminded chef Symensma of Brooklyn, New York, as noted by 5280 and 9News. Cho77 is meant to be the "Brooklyn" counterpart to Symensma's "Manhattan" ChoLon Bistro.

The Lucky Number 7 News5280's Amanda Fiason discovered the meaning behind the name of the new asian restaurant: according to Symensma, sevens are very lucky in Asian culture and he was born in the year 1977, hence the 77 in Cho77.

The Ramen News303 Magazine wasn't the only one to originally think that Cho77 would be a ramen based joint. The menu offers only one ramen dish however, that 303 deems as "stellar" and "notable" for its broth made from parmesan rinds.

The Cool Kids NewsThrillist named Cho77 one of the "14 New Denver Restaurants You Need to Check Out Immediately," and informing readers this "insta-hangout" has a not-to-miss buffalo-chicken bao buns.
