South Denver's the Landmark is maturing rapidly and offering residents a new hot spot for dining in the DTC area. The newly-announced addition, Bad Daddy's Burger Bar (already quite popular in Denver, the Carolinas, and Tennessee) is scheduled to fire up the grills this fall.
From the folks who brought you Union Station comes the vibrant new culinary destination: the Landmark, featuring a wide array of dining options. Colorado-based developer, East West Partners, is bringing in a diverse group of bars and restaurants including Upstairs Circus, the Palette Food + Wine Bar, and Espresso Americano to the expansion.
Amy Cara, partner at East West, highlights that Bad Daddy's "chef driven concept will complement the existing dining options available and make this community a go-to destination for dining and entertainment in the South Metro area." The South Denver location will feature classic spins on the burger as well as fresh new takes, with the option to build your own burger from seven different patty varieties, endless topping choices, and cheeses galore. Bad Daddy's is also known for lighter options like the "Texican salad" and a broad selection of microbrews and craft cocktails. The opening is slated for October.
