Chef Ryan Hardy, who has helmed the kitchen at the Little Nell for years, and sommelier Robert Bohr are the two forces behind the popular Charlie Bird restaurant in New York City. The SoHo restaurant won Eater New York's Restaurant of the Year Award in 2013.

For this year's Aspen Food & Wine Classic, Hardy and Bohr have partnered with Resy and popular local eatery Jimmy's to host two unique five-course dinners on Friday, June 19 and Saturday, June 20. Charlie Bird's will bring classics from their hotspot to the Aspen crowd, treating guests to crudo, pasta and other signature dishes. Wine pairings will be selected by Bohr and wine director Grant Reynolds. A few seats are still available exclusively through Resy.
