BALLPARK— On Tuesday, June 2 from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Cook Street School of Culinary Arts will host a Sear & Sautee class where guests can learn and practice a variety of methods and techniques while preparing a meal. ALL LOCATIONS — Crooked Stave Artisans Distributing is breaking into spirits distribution with a unique line of liquors and spirits from Portland, Oregon's New Deal Distillery. The CSA will offer these spirits to bars, restaurants, and independent liquor stores throughout the state. Among the new spirits are a ginger liqueur, a mud puddle chocolate vodka, and a Portland 88 vodka just to name a few.
