Since 2013, Boulder natives Brooke Jordan, Robyn Knowlan, and Cecily Runge have been serving up Boulder's premier cold-pressed juices and nut milks. The three friends behind Wonder Press believe strongly in the health benefits of consuming fruits and vegetables in juice form and are excited to bring creations to Boulder's health-crazed Pearl Street.
Wonder Press opened its doors to the public last week and was received enthusiastically by the community. The fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and herbs are mostly locally grown and sourced from organic growers.
The business is committed to sustainability. Community partnerships and outreach programs will facilitate donating leftover juice pulp to Mountain Farm Goat Dairy and creating a bottle exchange program. Stop by the former Wok Eat space on 946 Pearl Street to experience for yourself what the juice craze is all about.
