BOULDER — Frasca Food and Wine will host a Monday Night Wine Dinner with talented California winemaker, Eric Demuth, on Monday, June 29. Starting at 6 p.m., Demuth will share his Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon from his cool climate vineyards in Sonoma and Mendocino counties. DOWNTOWN Baur's Restaurant & Listening Lounge will host a Crown Royal Sensory Event on Tuesday, June 30 starting at 6:30 p.m. This five-course strolling dinner will kick off with Colorado master of whiskey, Ryan Ross, as your guide to the history to whiskey and Crown up to where it is today. Guests are free to roam between five food and drink stations put together by chef Robert Grant. Music from the band Joe Smith and the Spicy Peppers will play to add some 'swing' to the evening. Tickets are $75 a person and can be purchased online.
