The juice bar craze is far from over and Boulder's Wonder Press is proof of that. The juice shop will open in the former Wok Eat space at 946 Pearl Street in mid-July.

Wonder Press is the brainchild of childhood friends Brooke Jordan, Robyn Knowlan, and Cecily Runge. The three native Boulderites craft cold-pressed juices using only 100% organic, locally-grown vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and herbs. Their juices are never pasteurized, never pressure-processed, and always served in a glass bottle to deliver the maximum amount of vital enzymes, vitamins, and minerals.

"The health benefits of cold-pressed juice are incredible," says Robyn. "My favorite part is the availability of the nutrients in liquid form. Cold-pressed juice is especially nutrient dense and crisp tasting. It gives you a boost the way an I.V. drip packed with nutrients would. We love the idea of enjoying and socializing around beverages that also support our immunity, digestion, and energy."

Wonder is strongly committed to the Boulder community. The business pledges to be sustainable by creating partnerships with local organic farmers, donating leftover pulp to Mountain Farm Goat Dairy, and encouraging a bottle exchange program.

What to order when the doors open? Fan favorites of the business that started in 2013 include the Spicy Greens, made from cucumber, celery, spinach, parsley, lemon, and ginger; and Yam Cookie, made from yam, carrot, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, and clove. Wonder also offers a variety of fresh nut milks and a variety customizable cleanses.
