BROOMFIELD — The Pairsine Chefs Fine Food and Beer Pairing Competition will take place on Wednesday, July 15 at the Omni Interlocken Hotel's beautiful outdoor pavilion. More than 40 gold-medal winning beers from the 2015 Denver International Beer Competition will be featured at this year's event along with gourmet culinary pairings from 11 Colorado chefs. Attendees will get to cast their votes for the 2015 People's Choice Chef Award. Tickets are $75 a person and can be purchased online.
BOULDER — All ages are welcome at the Summer of Travel Home Cook Classes at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. The first class takes place on Wednesday, July 15, with a Cote d’Azur menu including Niçoise, Bouillabaise, Ratatouille, Tapenade with Socca, Chevre Omelette with Truffle Oil, Tarte Tropezienne.
