The Postino concept, originally popularized in Arizona, will make its debut in Colorado in the historic Denver Book Binding Company building. An integral part of the Postino process is setting up shop in a building with historical value and revamping the space with the urban wine bar vibe.
The Denver contingent of the casual wine bar concept plans to source from local purveyors including City Bakery, Infinite Monkey Theorem, and dozens of local breweries. The LoHi location will be open daily for lunch and dinner as well as weekend brunch. The menu will feature bruschettas, paninis, salads, and soups to complement the carefully chosen wine list.
