VAIL — Vail Farmers’ Market and local chefs are teaming up to put on a farm-to-table dinner on Wednesday, July 22 in beautiful Vail, Colorado. The meal is designed to celebrate Colorado harvests with talented chefs and regional farms in a three night dinner series. Guests can expect appetizers, a main entrée with sides and a delicious dessert with their $80 ticket. The dinner begins at 5:30 p.m. and tickets can be purchased online.
DOWNTOWN — Harman's Eat and Drink's monthly special uses season-specific ingredients by Chef John Little with a featured beer, wine or spirit. The month of July will focus on barbecue with a variety of bubbles, starting with a spiced lamb rib, white barbecue, and a Palisade cherry gastrique, accompanied by smoked carrots, crispy pig ear, and a pork belly pastrami with peach barbecue, house white bread, and a mustard seed slaw.
