Denver Bars and Restaurants Achieve National Recognition

Green Russell, Milk & Honey, and Old Major are making some serious waves.

Denver's burgeoning bar and mixology scene is the talk of the town these days, with Williams & Graham receiving the Spirited Award for Best Bar in America and now downtown Denver's famed speakeasy, Green Russell, being named one of the world's greatest bars by Conde Nast Traveler. Frank Bonanno's signature speakeasy joins the ranks with bars from all over the world on this illustrious list, specifically receiving praise for excellency in cocktails, bar staff, and intimate atmosphere.

A relative newcomer to downtown Denver, Milk & Honey, has been named by Zagat as one of the 15 hottest new U.S. restaurants. Zagat urges readers to try Milk & Honey's foie gras bonbons and indulge in the chef's special tasting menu.

Thrillist included Old Major on its list of the best happy hours in the country. It's no secret that the LoHi eatery puts on one hell of a happy hour, with specials on stiff cocktails, meat-dominated menu items, oysters, and more. Old Major scored a spot on this prestigious list amongst some of the trendiest bars and restaurants in the country.
