Chef Jeff Osaka will open the doors to the second location of Osaka Ramen today at 11 a.m. at 2817 E 3rd Avenue in Cherry Creek. The 1880 square foot space, most recently home of Ay Caramba, has been transformed into a Japanese eatery focused on ramen with a similar aesthetic to Osaka's first outpost in RiNo.
Just like its sister location that opened in May, five mainstay ramen bowls are featured: shoyu, shio, tonkotsu, tantanmen, and a vegetarian ramen of Thai green curry with coconut milk, but with noodles. There are seasonal ramen dishes, plus smaller plates that one should not miss like the bacon-fried rice, gyoza, and chicken karaage.
Osaka Ramen Cherry Creek will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
