A second location of Rosenberg's Bagels & Delicatessen will open at the Stanley Marketplace next year. The bagel shop, owned by Josh Pollack, opened its first location in the Five Points neighborhood last year and became an instant staple of the Denver dining world.
Rosenberg's Stanley location, a 2,500 square foot space, will offer the same popular New York-style bagels, specialty fish, sandwiches and coffee, but also pretzels, which the bagel shop will launch soon in Denver in a tuk tuk, and pastries and breads, which will come to both locations from the Rolling Pin, the European-style bakery that will open next door to Rosenberg's Five Points spot.
A more extensive vegetarian menu will be available at Stanley, as well as a children's menu. Bonus: There is a large patio for those eager to dine al fresco and a drive-through booth for those who don't want to leave their cars when they pick up their order.
"I chose Stanley for two big reasons," says Pollack. "First, I found the space and the concept to be very exciting. I like to be able to be a part of a community like this one where people like David Query and Kevin Taylor are opening new spots. These are people I admire and the community as a whole here is very supportive. I also liked the location. It is fantastic. We are surrounded by Stapleton, Lowry, and the medical center in Aurora. These are all underserved communities and our target audience."
Stanley Marketplace, set on more than 100,000 sq. ft. on 22 acres and located at 2501 Dallas Street, will include a variety of amenities for the surrounding community, including a community park, indoor/outdoor event venue, office space and a wide array of dining, shopping and recreational options.
