It was a sad day when Latke Love shuttered its Park Hill location last year. Since then, the family operation owned by Tina, Dina, and Steve Shander has looked for the perfect home for the business. They not only found it but they are ready to talk about where this new home is: In Littleton, at 699 West Littleton Boulevard in the former space of Sizzle Burger.
The 1,200 square foot restaurant is being completely redone to match the needs and aesthetic of Latke Love, an eatery that focuses on latke with unusual toppings like spicy pork green chile, braised brisket, and corn beef hash and a fried egg. This new location features a patio, plenty of parking, and a liquor license. Pending a variety of city and county-related approvals, the business hopes to launch in mid-September.
