Great Divide's Barrel Room Is Officially Open in RiNo

The 21 year old brewery launched its new production facility and taproom in the hot RiNo neighborhood.

Great Divide Brewing Company, one of Colorado most prominent breweries, has completed the first phase of its major expansion into the River North neighborhood. The 21 year old company owned by Brian Dunn built a new canning facility across the street from the Source at 3500 Brighton Boulevard. A bonus for the brewery's fans is the Barrel Bar, a beer bar/taproom of sorts, designed by Xan Creative.

The Barrel Bar is hosting a grand opening today at noon. Among the highlights of the new spot are sixteen taps and a cool modern space that can accommodate forty guests with an additional 100 on the patio facing Brighton Boulevard. The Barrel Bar will be open daily starting at noon.

A second phase of this project will start early next year and will bring a new brewery, larger taproom, a beer garden, and restaurant.
