Sineann Wine Dinner at Blackbird, Summer Nights Menu at Zengo

WASH PARK — Blackbird Denver will host a Sineann Wine Dinner on Tuesday, July 7 starting at 6:30 p.m. The evening will begin with an ‘amuse’ of oysters, caviar, and champagne shooters, followed by a 1^st course, 2^nd course, and an entre of a petite chuck tender with a pomme puree, ramp mushrooms, asparagus and a red wine gastrique. All courses are accompanied by wine and a Zinfandel icewine will pair with the rhubarb tart dessert. Tickets are $65 per person and can be reserved by calling 303.733.3923.

LOHI — Zengo now offers a 3-course Summer Nights Menu every Monday through Wednesday from 5 to 9 p.m. This $35 meal includes a choice of one bottle of wine or sake per couple, an appetizer, main course, and dessert. Some of the menu highlights include the ‘Angry Zengo,’ a spicy yellow-fin tuna, avocado, cucumber, green onion, sesame, wasabi tobikko and chipotle, and a spanish skirt steak with wok tossed peppers, onion, yucca fries and a lemongrass sauce and chimichurri.
