Construction Update on Mell's Cheese in LoHi

Denver's newest cheese shop is slated to open this fall.

Construction at Mell's Cheese in LoHi is underway. The new cheese and charcuterie shop at 3000 Zuni Street will be an open space with large windows on the west side of the building and a glass storefront.

Mell's Cheese is named after the grandfather of owner Paula Dick, an executive wine sommelier who attended classes at the Cheese School of San Francisco as well as Murray's Cheese in New York City.

The new shop is slated to open this fall. Mell's will serve meat and cheese plates, sandwiches, small plates, rotating wines by the glass, and craft beer.
