SOUTH EAST DENVERThe Truffle Cheese Shop will host their next monthly beer and cheese pairing with Copper Kettle Brewing Company on Thursday, July 9. A $20 ticket includes four worldly artisan cheeses, four craft beer samples and nibbles like locally baked crackers and fresh fruit. The event will be held at Copper Kettle Brewing Co. at 7:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online.

DOWNTOWN — Go back in time with World of Beer's Ancient Ales Beer Dinner on Thursday, July 9 from 6 to 9 p.m. This dinner will feature unique craft beer from Dogfish Head Beer alongside culinary creations by head chef Nathan Hebert. Prepare your tastebuds to try ale bittered with myrrh, fermented with sake yeast, and sweetened with birch syrup. Tickets are $60 and can be purchased online.

STAPLETON — Those looking to enjoy the sun after a few days of rain should head over to Four Friends Kitchen rooftop deck, which is only available for entertaining during the summer months. The deck has limited hours that include Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 4 to 10 p.m. for drinks and 4:30 to 8:30 for dinner. The Kitchen has an American menu full of southern-style comfort food.

DOWNTOWN — The Rockies play the Braves at home on the evening of Thursday, July 9 and all of those 21+ ticket holders are in luck for a deal. After all Rockies home games, ticket holders can continue the fun across the street at the Tavern Downtown by showing their tickets to get a buy-one-get on any draft beer. Only same day tickets are valid and can be used after the 7th inning.
