Honor Society, the newest venture from chef Justin Brunson and partners, will officially open its doors on Tuesday, August 18. A health-centric casual eatery, the new spot located just behind Union Station in a buidling that also houses Potbelly Sandwiches and a Starbucks, offers LoDo diners chef-driven healthy options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Brand new, Denver-born, and not a chain (at least not yet), this spot will likely give the nearby Protein Bar a run for its customers.
The menu gives guests a variety of options. There are grilled proteins (steak, salmon, and chicken), side dishes that help create a meal, and wood-fired flatbreads, salads, plus breakfast burritos. Prices stay affordable, ranging between $8 and $14. There is a cocktail menu and beer and wine and plenty of non-alcoholic beverages to pair with the food. The gallery above gives a peek into the space designed by Rowland+Broughton Architecture and Urban Design.
Honor Society will serve seven days a week from 7 a.m to 10 p.m. at 1900 16th Street.
