The Louisville-born ice cream sensation Sweet Cow is expanding rapidly. With four current locations and a fifth one in the making (set to open in November), Drew Honness, parter at Sweet Cow, announced that the upcoming Stanley will become home to a new outpost in 2016.
A 2,000 square foot space in line with the look and feel of the other locations will be complemented by a large 1,200 square foot outdoor patio that mimics the original shop in Louisville. Sweet Cow will bring the same small batch ice cream, made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients to the Aurora spot. Highlights of the offerings include the Dutch chocolate, mint chocolate chip, and butter pecan, which are among the nine staple flavor. Two sorbets and 11 other rotating flavors (from a collection of more than 140), are also available daily.
The ice cream shops joins other additions to the Stanley that include GoodBird Kitchen, Comida, Rosenberg's Bagels, and Sazza.
