Guests are also encouraged to enjoy the restaurant’s rooftop patio while the weather is still warm.
LODO — Hopdoddy’s baker has created the latest special at the burger joint: A cinnamon roll shake. From now until August 30, guests can enjoy the shake made from handmade ice cream, cinnamon butter, cream cheese icing, cinnamon sugar, mini cinnamon roll bites and of course a topping of whipped cream. The special can be purchased for $6.
WESTMINSTER — Olathe is the word at Kachina Southwestern Grill this season, because chef Jeff Bolton is now featuring a variety of dishes with Olathe sweet corn. Bolton has created everything from a quinoa corn pudding side with bison meatloaf to corn salsa with the chipotle shrimp and waffles. The restaurant also offers "Corn on the Cart" items where a traveling cart delivers grilled corn table-side.
