DOWNTOWN — On Wednesday, August 26 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Baur's Restaurant and Listening Lounge is hostin Go Fish! — an ocean-friendly seafood celebration. The evening will feature samples of sustainable seafood from top chefs and restaurants in Denver including Alex Seidel from Fruition, Troy Guard from Guard and Grace, Sheila Lucero from Jax, and Kyle Mendenhall from The Kitchen. ASPEN — The Little Nell, in collaboration with Rock Bottom Ranch, will host its final Ride and Dine farm dinner on August 27. Farm tours, live music, and silent and live auctions will be part of the festivities. Dinner for the event that takes place between 4:30 and 9 p.m. will be prepared by the Element 47 team with Emma Farms Cattle Company meat and produce, drinks, and craft foods from all over the Roaring Fork Valley.
