What: More than 6,000 square feet of space will be designated for six or so rotating food trucks, and the bar—inside a weathered old home—will pay tribute to New Orleans classic cocktails with a "vagabond Americana" theme.

RECESS BEER GARDEN
Where: LoHi, 2715 17th Street
What: Look for a bar and eatery with indoor and outdoor spaces, a menu of shareable plates like pork belly sliders, Lager-steamed PEI mussels, chili fries or tots, and more. There are also salads, a variety of burgers, St. Louis ribs, and more. Some 24 beers are available on tap, alongside cocktails and wine.

Who: Husband and wife team Annie and Elliott Toan, both industry veterans, and chef Matthew Lackey, formerly of Flyte World Dining and Wine, Nashville, TN. Lackey was one of Eater's Young Guns in 2013.

UNNAMED CONCEPT
Where: Uptown, 400 East 20th Ave at Logan Street
What: A-yet-to-be-named restaurant and bar in the space formerly occupied by The Centennial Tavern at Jonesy's. The food and culture of a variety of regions throughout the Southern half of Italy are the inspiration behind the new venture.

MATSUHISA DENVER
Where: Cherry Creek, 1st Avenue and Steele Street
What: The first Denver location of the popular and upscale sushi house which will bring lunch and dinner service to the area.
Who: Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, the Japanese chef behind two of the most highly regarded sushi restaurants in the world, Nobu and Matsuhisa.
